Tooth Extractions, Implants or Dentures

I need tooth extractions and implants or dentures because all of my top teeth are decaying. Six of my teeth are broken off into the gums and one is about to break and causing me a lot of pain. Its getting really hard to eat anything because of my broken front teeth. I would like my teeth extracted and replaced with dental implants or full dentures.

I recently went to the ER because of an abscess. Its beginning to swell again and I always seem to be on medication. I really need to have this taken care of before my health is in danger.

I am a 25 yr old single mother with Medicaid which does not include dental coverage. I also only work part time. I need a dentist that can help with these issues with a very low cost payment plan (or maybe even free).
