Need a Dental Payment Plan

I am a 40 year old woman who needs a lot of dental work. I have insurance, but even with insurance I can't afford to get my teeth fixed. I can't get financed because of bad credit.

I am willing to pre-pay for my treatment. I just need a dentist who is willing to accept this arrangement. The work doesn't have to be done until I finish paying. I have a "temporary flipper" as a front tooth. I got this about 5 years ago and have never had the funds to get it replaced. My second front tooth has a really bad cavity and may need to be removed. I woke up with a broken tooth in my mouth on Christmas Eve and already have several missing and broken teeth. I know if I don't start this treatment immediately I will lose all of my teeth.
