Missing and Shifting Teeth

My name is Daphne and I am in desperate need of a smile makeover or just some assistance in dental work. I am currently typing this message with a toothache.

I have been taking Aleve for the pain until I can get the money to pull the 13th or 14th tooth in my mouth. I was told that my teeth shift due to the tooth that was pulled. I am very self conscious about my appearance. I don't take pictures because of my smile.

In 2007, I took my children to Target to take pictures. I got in one of the pictures for a family picture and decided to smile. When I had a chance to see the photo with me in it, I took the photo and hid it because my front teeth, which were false, were also discolored. I know that my teeth don't match who I am inside and this is what bothers me.

The last time I have had any dental work done is when I was 18 years old. I am now 37. When I started to go to the dentist, it was already to late. I had never went to the dentist as a child. I was told that I have periodontal disease, and that all of my teeth were going to fall out by the age of 20. I have had multiple teeth extractions. I have a temporary tooth in the front of my mouth that has discolored and was suppose to have been replaced with a permanent tooth back when I was 18.

I don't have the money to take care of the procedures that need to be done with my teeth. My teeth are now loosen and has shifted. If there is anyone out there reading this and can help me I will greatly appreciate it.
