Multiple Dental Abscesses

I'm a college student with severe dental problems. I have multiple dental abscesses and need full upper and lower dentures. I have 6-8 teeth on the bottom that might be able to be with a partial denture.

I'm in my 4th year of study with hopes of one day counseling mental health clients. I have no income, as I was laid off. I'm afraid that I am going to get a septic infection because antibiotics are no longer working.

I am willing to make monthly payments for dental work. I don't know what to do, I could not imagine working with people when I can't smile. Thanks.
